Job summary

PT Near Me is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver skilled therapy in patients' homes, with autonomy and flexible scheduling. You will work as a 1099 contractor, setting your own hours and caseload while traversing patient locations in Florida.

Responsibilities include implementing PT plans of care, educating patients, and thorough documentation to support progress with supervising PT. Prior home health experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).
• Knowledge of outpatient/home rehab techniques, anatomy, and medical terminology.
• Reliable transportation and ability to manage time and service area independently.
• Strong communication skills and passion for helping patients regain function at home.
• Home-based care experience preferred.

PT Near Me is a Florida in-home physical therapy company. Our own licensed clinicians treat injury and post-accident patients one-on-one in their homes. We’re hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team and deliver skilled therapy in patients’ homes — a strong fit for a motivated PTA who values autonomy, flexible scheduling, and patient-centered care, with competitive per-visit pay, hours you set, and the freedom to add visits whenever you want. We handle scheduling and the administrative back-office so you can focus on treating.

What you’ll do
