Job summary

U.S. Physical Therapy seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our North Texas team, working under a licensed PT to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services and help patients achieve functional goals.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, delivering exercises and manual therapies, monitoring progress, educating patients on home exercise programs, and maintaining accurate EMR documentation, while contributing to a collaborative, growth-oriented clinic

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Current Texas PTA license.
  • Valid BLS/CPR certification.
  • Solid understanding of physical therapy principles and modalities.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient engagement skills.
  • Excellent documentation and electronic medical record (EMR) proficiency.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and ongoing professional growth.
  • Experience or interest in orthopedics, sports medicine, or outpatient care preferred.

Job Description
