Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients recovering from orthopedic conditions and sports-related injuries
Partner closely with Physical Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans
Educate and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Contribute to a positive, team-focused workplace culture
Active Texas Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
Passion for outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy
Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to connect with patients
