Unify Health Services in Wisconsin is seeking an Athletic Trainer, PTA, or OTA to provide on-site occupational health in an industrial setting. The role emphasizes injury prevention, ergonomics, job coaching, and post-injury support using established clinical protocols.

This hands-on position suits licensed clinicians who prefer field work over a traditional clinic, collaborating with employees, supervisors, and safety teams to keep workers healthy and productive.

Qualifications

• Requires valid licensure in the state of employment.
• BLS and CPR certifications required.
• Experience in outpatient clinical settings.
• Familiarity with workplace safety and OSHA guidelines a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site injury prevention and occupational health services.
• Conduct POETs and Physical Ability Tests (PATs).
• Perform ergonomic assessments and job coaching.
• Provide stretching, posture, and safe work technique education.
• Support return-to-work and transitional duty programs.
• Document services and track outcomes.
• Collaborate with supervisors, safety teams, and management.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Flex Shift)

About the Role:

We are seeking an Athletic Trainer, Physical Therapist Assistant or an Occupational Therapist Assistant to provide on-site occupational health services in an industrial setting. This role focuses on injury prevention, ergonomics, job coaching, and post-injury support using established clinical and safety protocols

This is a hands‑on role ideal for licensed clinicians who enjoy working directly with employees outside of a traditional clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site injury prevention and occupational health services
• Conduct Post-Offer Employment Testing (POETs) and Physical Ability Tests (PATs)
• Perform ergonomic assessments and physical demand analysesProvide job coaching, stretching, posture, and safe work technique education
• Support return-to-work and transitional duty programs
• Document services and track outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with supervisors, safety teams, and management

Qualifications

• Experience in an outpatient clinical setting.
• Valid professional licensure in the state you are applying (required).
• Valid BLS and CPR certifications (required).
• Proficiency in outpatient clinical skills, first responder skills, and musculoskeletal education.
• Familiarity with workplace safety, health regulations, and OSHA guidelines is a plus.

Preferred

• Experience in occupational health, workers’ compensation, industrial health, or outpatient care

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and repetitive movement
• Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
• Active movement throughout industrial work areas
