Overview

Position: Physical Therapist Assistant

Location: Millbury, MA

Schedule: Monday through Friday

PRN and part-time are also available

Compensation: Hourly rate starting at $30/hr based on experience

Our Select Physical Therapy outpatient orthopedic center is seeking a licensed physical therapist assistant (PTA) to provide exceptional patient care to patients of all ages and abilities. Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist, as mandated by the State Practice Act.
• Implement, with minimal supervision, high-quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities, in accordance with physical therapy principles and Select Medical policies and procedures.
• Maintain positive interactions with centers and patients, and work to enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Passed the national examination for PTAs certified by CAPTE
• Valid State PTA License (or license in process)
• CPR Certification
