Job summary

RehabVisions is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for Home Health in the McAlester area. The PRN role supports patient care by implementing treatment plans, coordinating with families and physicians, and helping maintain department operations during visits.

Competitive pay is offered per billable visit ($43–$45) with mileage reimbursement, and we provide mentorship, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team focused on compassionate care and community impact.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Possess or be eligible for state licensure as a PTA.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans established by the supervising PT.
• Communicate with patients, families, physicians and staff.
• Assist in the general operation of the department.
• Assist with development of programs.
