Job summary

RehabVisions, Inc. is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for PRN coverage in Oklahoma. The PTA will implement treatment plans, communicate with patients and families, and support department operations across McAlester, Eufaula, and Checotah.

Qualifications include an Associate’s degree in PTA and eligibility for state licensure. Full-time therapists receive strong benefits; this PRN role offers competitive pay per visit and mileage reimbursement.

• Implement treatment plans established by the supervising PT.
