Overview

Position: Physical Therapist Assistant

Location: 55 Unity Point Way, Suite 70, Marshalltown, IA

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-6pm rotating schedule

Compensation: $22-$28/hr

Our outpatient orthopedic center at Select Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed physical therapist assistant (PTA) to provide top-notch patient care to patients of all ages and abilities. Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist, as mandated by State Practice Act.
• Implement, with minimal supervision, high-quality physical therapy services in accordance with physical therapy principles and Select Medical policies.
• Maintain positive interactions with centers and patients, and foster client relations with staff and centers.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
• Passed the national examination for PTAs certified by CAPTE
• Valid state PTA license (or license in process)
• CPR certification
