Job summary

iMotion Physical Therapy in Los Gatos, CA seeks a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to support rehabilitation programs and patient care. You will assist the PT in implementing treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, and educate patients for at-home therapy, while documenting progress and maintaining a clean clinic environment.

Ideal candidates hold a California PTA license, an associate degree in PTA, CPR certification, and excel in communication and teamwork.

Job Description:

• Assist the PT in implementing treatment plans designed to help patients regain movement and manage pain.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, and other interventions as directed by the PT.
• Educate patients and their families about ongoing care and support for the continuation of therapy at home.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatments as necessary under the guidance of the PT.
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment, adhering to clinic protocols and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the PT and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
