Job summary

iMotion Physical Therapy is looking for a Pediatric Physical Therapist to deliver hands-on therapy and develop personalized treatment plans. This position requires a valid California PT License and fluency in English, with additional language skills being a plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: conduct comprehensive evaluations, document findings, and develop individualized care plans.
• Treatment Planning and Implementation: design and implement personalized treatment plans and employ therapeutic techniques and equipment.
• Patient Care & Rehabilitation: provide hands‑on therapy, exercises, monitor progress, and adjust treatments as needed.
• Team Collaboration: work closely with multidisciplinary teams, participate in case discussions, and contribute to integrated patient care.
• Mentorship & Education: supervise PT assistants, aides, and students; lead educational and training sessions.
• Documentation & Record Keeping: maintain accurate, compliant patient records and documentation.
• Professional Development: attend workshops, seminars, and research activities to stay current in the field.
• Community Outreach: participate in community programs and events to promote physical therapy and educate the public.

Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English. Additional skills in Spanish, Tagalog, or any Chinese language are a plus.
• Licensing Requirements: Must possess a valid Physical Therapist License for California or a PTLA status.
• Educational Background: A degree from an accredited physical therapy program is required. New graduates are welcome.
