Job summary

Cambridge Care Center in Lakewood, CO is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapist Assistant to provide patient care under the supervision of a Staff Therapist and in alignment with established medical practices and center policies.

You will work as part of a caring team, promoting dignity and respect for residents, supporting growth, and adhering to the center's mission and values while delivering high-quality, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Assistant Program with licensure as a PTA/OTA.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of the required licensure process for PTA/OTA.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care with dignity and integrity.

POSITION SUMMARY

Provides patient care and patient related activities as directed by the Staff Therapist and in accordance with established medical practices, governmental requirements and Company policies and procedures.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
