Vivage Senior Living seeks a dedicated PTA/OTA to provide patient care and related activities under the direction of the Staff Therapist. You will work within established medical practices and company policies to support residents' well‑being and safety.

The role emphasizes teamwork, respect for residents, and adherence to ethical standards while delivering high‑quality, person‑centered care in a senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Assistant Program.
• Successful completion of certificate/state licensure process for Physical or Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have current registration/licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapist Assistant.

Responsabilités

• Provides patient care and patient related activities as directed by the Staff Therapist.
• Models professional behavior and supports teamwork among coworkers.
• Ensures residents are treated with kindness, dignity, and respect; protects rights.
• Knocks before entering a resident's room; complies with policies and procedures.
• Treat patients as directed by licensed therapist.

POSITION SUMMARY

Provides patient care and patient related activities as directed by the Staff Therapist and in accordance with established medical practices, governmental requirements and Company policies and procedures.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures that all residents are treated fairly, with kindness, dignity, and respect, and their rights are protected at all times.
• Respects and upholds all residents' personal and property rights whenever carrying out duties, including knocking before entering a resident's room.
• Complies with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
• Treat patients as directed by licensed therapist.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of an accredited Assistant Program
• Successful completion of certificate/state licensure process for Physical or Occupational Therapy Assistants
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
