Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans based on the patient's plan of care.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and other interventions.
• Build strong patient relationships and provide an exceptional patient experience.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate observations with the Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, recovery, and long-term wellness.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and other team members.
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused clinic culture.
