Job summary

AgeRight Therapy is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant for the Mary’s Woods location to deliver person-centered care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. You will work with a team across an outpatient setting to support therapy goals for predominantly senior patients.

You will apply evidence-based programs, collaborate with therapists, and help patients improve physical function, mobility, and quality of life in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current state licensure –or- in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Apply a transformative approach to therapy by implementing personalized care plans under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Utilize AgeRight Therapy’s evidence-based clinical programs and pathways to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
