AgeRight Therapy – Mary’s Woods is hiring an Outpatient Occupational Therapist Assistant. You will deliver person-centered care under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, focusing on meaningful functional improvements for seniors and other patients in outpatient settings.

The role emphasizes evidence-based programs, a collaborative team approach, and opportunities for professional growth within the AgeRight Therapy network, including CEUs, performance reviews, and retirement planning

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current state licensure -or- in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Apply a transformative approach to therapy by implementing personalized care plans under the direction and supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Utilize evidence-based clinical programs and pathways to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Be a Champion of the Journey by maximizing function in physical, emotional, social, and cognitive realms for patients, families, co-workers, and self.

Minimum Qualifications
