Job summary

Coal Creek Post Acute & Assisted Living is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver quality care in a supportive setting. You will provide physical therapy services within scope of practice and collaborate with a caring team to enhance residents' well‑being.

Required: current PTA license, completion of an accredited 2‑year PTA program approved by the APTA, CPR certification; 1 year post-acute care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• Graduate of an accredited 2-year PTA program approved by the APTA.
• One year experience in post-acute care or related setting preferred.
• CPR certification required upon hire and during employment.
• SNF experience a plus.

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist Assistant license - required
• Must be a graduate of an accredited 2-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
• One (1) year experience preferred in post-acute care or related setting preferred
• Must have CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
• SNF experience a plus!

Rate Range: $35- $39/hour
