Pride Health is hiring for a Physical Therapist Assistant to support our client’s medical facility based in Kerrville, TX. This is a 13-week travel contract opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

• A Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) works under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients regain movement, manage pain, and improve overall physical function.
• Responsibilities include assisting with therapeutic exercises, providing hands-on therapy, educating patients on treatment plans, and documenting progress.
• Assesses patient’s progress and communicates with supervising Physical Therapist to adjust treatments accordingly in the clinical record per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in physical therapy
• 1 year of PTA experience - Required
• LTC or Rehab Experience - Required
• State TX PTA License Required

Additional Information:

• Job Type: Travel Contract
• Schedule: 13- Week (ASAP)
• Pay Range/Salary Range: $1,520.40/wk

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
