The Jackson Clinics Physical Therapy in Virginia is seeking a fun and energetic Physical Therapist Assistant to join our fast-paced outpatient clinics. You will work under seasoned clinicians, delivering hands-on care and contributing to individualized treatment plans for patients.

We offer a 2-week new hire orientation, one-on-one mentoring for 90 days, and competitive compensation between $60k - $85k depending on experience, plus robust benefits and ongoing in-house education.

Job Description

We are seeking a fun and energetic Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team of highly motivated individuals. Our clinics provide a fast-paced and highly rewarding work environment, in which you can grow, learn and earn competitive compensation between $60k - $85k, depending on experience!

Qualifications

• Graduate from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Exercise, manual-based skills with sports rehabilitation experience
• Current state of Virginia license or license eligible
• Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone who enters the clinic
• A passion for physical therapy and patient care
• Outgoing and energetic personality. Most importantly – you need to have FUN while you work!
• The mindset and determination to emotionally invest and crush all your work goals
