Qualifications

• Graduate from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current state of Oregon license and CPR certification.
• Outgoing and energetic personality.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality 1:1 physical therapy sessions (45 minutes) to patients.
• Collaborate with therapy team and communicate effectively.
• Utilize available therapy equipment and gym space to deliver care.
• Maintain organization and adaptability in a fast-paced clinic setting.
• Note: clinicians are not responsible for insurance authorizations.

We started providing physical therapy to the Portland metro area way back in 1963 and added occupational/hand therapy in 2006. We are a cohesive team that uses comprehensive OT and PT treatment approaches at our 6 convenient clinic locations throughout the Portland metro area with an additional location in Salem, OR. We are 85 team members strong!

SportsCare Physical Therapy is looking for a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to work at our Gresham, Oregon clinic. Gresham offers an appealing blend of community charm and urban convenience, making it an excellent choice for both living and working. Nestled in the scenic Pacific Northwest, Gresham boasts a variety of amenities and attractions that contribute to its desirability. Located just minutes from iconic Mount Hood, Multnomah Falls, the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area, the city of Portland, and Portland International Airport, Gresham’s location is ideal for families and businesses wanting to start something new and grow.

We are actively seeking a passionate and dedicated clinician, whether a new graduate eager to start their career or an experienced professional who is clinically driven and works well within a team atmosphere. Available is a wide range of therapy equipment and gym space. Physical Therapist Assistants who apply are encouraged to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organization and analytical skills, the talent for multi-tasking between assignments, and the composure and flexibility to keep up with a fast-paced work environment. It’s worth noting that our clinicians are NOT responsible for completing insurance authorizations for their patients.
