Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Contributing to the PT's effectiveness through assessments, interviews, physical exams, and reviewing therapy histories.
• Documenting patient care and treatment notes confidentially.
• Performing therapeutic procedures, counseling, and promoting health and wellness.
• Developing and implementing patient management plans for continuity of care.
