Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic rehabilitation team at our Ferndale clinic. As a PTA, you will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients regain movement, manage pain, and improve their overall physical function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist to support patient recovery and mobility goals
  • Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and functional activities
  • Perform selected manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities as directed
  • Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes to the supervising Physical Therapist
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques to continue at home
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patient care
  • Collaborate with the rehab team to promote optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to case discussions


Qualifications

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $30.00- $35.00. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
