Job Description
P4 Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to provide full-time coverage at our outpatient clinic in Fayetteville. If you are passionate about quality care and seeking a supportive environment, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care following established protocols and guidelines
• Document findings, progress, and instructions for patients and caregivers
• Implement physical therapy treatment programs and deliver essential treatments
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals, including physicians and insurance providers
• Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, reports, evaluations, and summaries

Qualifications
