Falls City Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Part Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house rehabilitation program. You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to deliver rehabilitative care and support our geriatric patients on their journey to recovery.

We welcome PTAs at all experience levels and offer a stable, values-driven team environment with opportunities for professional growth within an established post-acute care setting.

Qualifications

• PTA license/certification required.
• Open to PTAs with all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment to patients under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures including manual techniques, gait training, exercises, modalities under supervision.
• Collaborate with supervising Physical Therapist to assess and adjust treatments per regulations.
• Offer counseling to patients, families, and other providers regarding physical disorders.

Falls City Nursing & Rehabilitation Centerin Falls City , NE is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a Part Time Physical Therapist for our in-house rehab program!

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and supportive device use, under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist to assess and adjust treatments according to regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
