We are currently seeking a full-time/part-time licensed PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT to join our team at our ELIZABETH, CO location.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

1. Contribute daily to the PT's effectiveness through assessments, interviews, performing physical exams and reviewing therapy histories.
2. Documents patient care services daily treatment notes with confidentiality.
3. Performs therapeutic procedures as needed through instruction, counseling and the promotion of health and wellness.
4. Provides continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Current State license
2. Compliant with State regulatory requirements.
3. Completion of a Physical Therapy Program at an accredited educational institution.
