PT Near Me in Florida is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver skilled therapy in patients' homes across Dunnellon and surrounding communities. This in-home role offers autonomy, flexible scheduling, and compensation per visit as a 1099 contractor.

You will work under a PT plan of care, perform exercises, mobility training, and educate caregivers; scheduling and admin support are provided so you can focus on treatment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).
• Knowledge of outpatient/home rehab techniques, anatomy, and medical terminology.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to manage time and service area independently.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping patients regain function at home.
• Home-based care experience preferred.

From a Dunnellon base our PTAs commonly serve Rainbow Springs, Citrus Springs, Beverly Hills, and into Crystal River and west Ocala. Short drives between rural homes and strong patient adherence make this a quietly excellent territory. Dunnellon sits in Marion County. A heavy retiree population drives post-joint-replacement, balance, and fall-prevention referrals, with steady MVC volume from CR-484 and US-41.
