Job Description

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will assist in treating patients by following individualized care plans developed by Physical Therapists.

• Ensure quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses after each visit.
• Maintain communication with Physical Therapists, Directors, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
