Job summary

Physio in Conyers, GA seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient orthopedic team. The PTA will provide patient care under a licensed PT, using high quality treatments and personal interactions to restore function and activity levels for diverse patients.

The role offers a Monday through Friday schedule with a $30–$35/hour compensation, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and a debt benefit; company supports CEU advancement and growth across 1900 centers.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Passed the CAPTE national examination for PTAs.
• Valid state PTA license or license in process.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Deliver high quality physical therapy services with minimal supervision.
• Maintain positive interactions with centers, patients and staff.

• Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
• Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures
• Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.
