This is a full-time, hybrid Physical Therapist Assistant role based in the Columbia, South Carolina Metropolitan Area, with a mix of in-person visits and some work-from-home tasks such as documentation and coordination. The Physical Therapist Assistant will support licensed Physical Therapists in delivering pediatric therapy services in home, clinic, and community environments. Daily responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, assisting with therapeutic exercises and functional activities, monitoring progress, and documenting patient care in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
