Job summary

TheraFit Rehab seeks a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our Neuro- and Orthopedics-focused outpatient team in Matawan, NJ. You’ll deliver 1:1 patient care in a collaborative, family-oriented clinic, guiding patients through neuro-rehab and pediatrics with hands-on instruction.

We value mentorship, ongoing in-clinic training, and a supportive environment that prioritizes quality of care over volume. Licensure in NJ (pending OK) and a passion for creative problem-solving are ideal.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Active (or pending) New Jersey Physical Therapy Assistant License.
• Passionate about neuro-rehab with interest in ortho and pediatrics.
• Creative problem-solver in a family-friendly environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 neuro-rehab-focused therapy to patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families and document progress.
• Maintain licensure and participate in ongoing in-clinic training.
