Holmdel Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine in Holmdel, NJ is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. You will implement treatment plans under a licensed PT and help patients perform exercises, manual therapy, and modality treatments.

We value strong communication, teamwork, and precise documentation as you monitor progress and educate patients on home programs. This role supports sports rehab and performance-based recovery in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program.
• NJ state licensure or eligibility to obtain PTA licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement patient treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality treatments with patients.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting updates to the supervising PT.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention techniques.
• Assist with sports rehabilitation and performance-based recovery programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment area and equipment.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure exceptional patient care and outcomes.
