Plaza Health & Rehab (HVH) is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to support resident rehabilitation under a licensed Physical Therapist. You will implement treatment plans and work with the rehab team to meet individual goals in a supportive, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program recognized by APTA.
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as required by state practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team to deliver programs aligned with residents' needs and goals.
• Assist the Physical Therapist with tests, evaluations, and procedures as directed.
• Instruct residents, families, and caregivers in PT techniques under supervision.
• Support residents in achieving greater independence and functional abilities.

We're Hiring: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will provide physical therapy treatments designed to help residents improve their independence, mobility, and overall functional abilities under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Primary Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.

• Collaborate with members of the rehabilitation team to deliver programs that align with each resident's needs, abilities, and goals.
