Job summary

Advent, an Alliance Physical Therapy Partners clinic in Caledonia, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (Full-Time). You will join a clinician-led team with mentorship, growth opportunities, and a patient-first approach to care.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient care according to standards, physician orders, and care plan.
• Assists in patient assessment and tracks progress within scope of practice.
• Collaborates with evaluating therapists to support treatment goals and outcomes.
• Provides education to patients, families, and caregivers according to the established plan of care.
• Supports discharge planning and goal reassessment with therapist.
• Communicates effectively with care team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Applies appropriate clinical techniques, modalities, and equipment.
• Travels to local clinics as needed.

What Your Day Will Look Like

Physical Requirements

• Ability to assist patients with transfers and mobility
