Advent, an Alliance Physical Therapy Partners clinic, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant in Caledonia, MI to join our clinician-led team. You’ll work with licensed therapists to deliver patient-first, relationship-driven care in a supportive environment.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers patient care according to standards, physician orders, and care plan.
• Assists in patient assessment and tracks progress within scope of practice; collaborates with evaluating therapists to support treatment goals and outcomes.
• Provides education to patients, families, and caregivers according to the established plan of care.
• Supports discharge planning and goal reassessment with therapist.
• Communicates effectively with care team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Applies appropriate clinical techniques, modalities, and equipment.
• Travels to local clinics as needed.
