This on-site role carries out treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, providing therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions that enhance residents’ safety and independence.

Qualifications

• Compassionate PTA delivering patient-centered care.
• Experience in rehab settings with seniors preferred.
• Accurate documentation of progress in EMRs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions.
• Document progress in EMRs and communicate with the care team.
• Collaborate with an Interdisciplinary care team and participate in mentorship and growth opportunities.
