Role Description

This is a full-time or Part Time, on-site Physical Therapist Assistant role based in Cabot, AR. The Physical Therapist Assistant will support licensed Physical Therapists in delivering high-quality patient care, including implementing treatment plans, guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, and assisting with manual therapy and modalities as directed. Daily responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, documenting treatments and outcomes, and communicating changes or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist. The role also involves educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, contributing to a safe and clean clinical environment, and collaborating with the care team to ensure efficient, patient-centered rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Physical Therapy support, Rehabilitation, and Quality Patient Care.
• Candidates should possess skills and familiarity in Orthopedics and general musculoskeletal treatment approaches.
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program and current PTA licensure (or eligibility) in the state of Arkansas.
• Ability to follow treatment plans, document accurately, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, professional ethics, and ongoing learning in specialized areas such as neurological, geriatric, sports, vestibular, or aquatic therapy.
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting, including safe patient handling and adherence to clinic policies and safety standards.
