Select Medical is hiring PRN Physical Therapist Assistants to support outpatient orthopedics at the Beverly Hills, FL center. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed PT and provide high-quality care with flexible hours, ideal for newly licensed graduates or experienced outpatient PTAs.

Qualified candidates must graduate from an accredited PTA program, hold CAPTE certification, and possess or be pursuing a State PTA license; CPR certification is required.

Position:Physical Therapist Assistant - Outpatient Orthopedics

Location:3400 N. Lecanto HWY, Beverly Hills,Florida34465

Schedule: As Needed/PRN Mon - Fri

Compensation: $35/hr.

Select Physical Therapy is now hiring PRN Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA). Join our clinical team treating primarily outpatient orthopedics at this center. Calling all licensed Physical Therapist Assistants including newly licensed graduates and experience outpatient PTAs, Flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.


• Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures


• Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.

Qualifications

• College graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program


• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE


• Valid State Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License (or license in process)


• CPR Certification
