What You’ll Do:

• Implement treatment plans designed by the physical therapist to assist patients in regaining mobility and function.

• Provide hands-on therapy and instruct patients on therapeutic exercises and techniques.

• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising physical therapist.

• Document patient care accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and safe mobility practices.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the State of Michigan.

• Experience in home health care is preferred but not required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the care team.
