Job summary

Florida Spine Associates, a premier spine specialty practice in South Florida, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Wellington, Delray Beach, and Boca Raton clinics. You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and collaborate with surgeons and pain specialists to restore patients’ function.

Ideal candidates hold a DPT with Florida licensure and 1–2 years outpatient experience; aquatic therapy experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• DPT degree and Florida license required.
• 1–2 years outpatient orthopedic or sports medicine experience.
• Aquatic therapy experience a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations of musculoskeletal and neurological movement dysfunctions.
• Deliver advanced hands-on manual therapy and design progressive therapeutic exercise protocols.
• Coordinate with referring surgeons and pain specialists for post-operative care.
• Incorporate EMG/nerve conduction findings to adjust treatment plans.
• Document thoroughly in outpatient EMR and mentor PTAs/techs.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and injury prevention.
