Job summary

JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a committed Physical Therapy Aide to act as the liaison between patients and therapists, guiding patients from arrival to departure to ensure a positive experience.

As part of a care-first outpatient orthopedic team, you will support daily operations, help maintain a clean facility, handle patient scheduling, and contribute to a supportive, united work environment across 150+ locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent Oral Communication.
• Flexibility and adaptability to fluid situations.
• Excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Call patients into treatment from waiting room.
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility throughout the day.
• Wash and dry laundry; ensure towels are clean and available.
• Work with the team to ensure patients have a positive experience.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times.
• Keep a safe and orderly work environment.
• Answer phone calls and schedule patients as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
