JAG Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist Aide to assist patients from arrival to departure, ensuring a positive experience. You will support therapists, keep the facility clean, and help with scheduling and daily operations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and a professional demeanor in a supportive outpatient setting across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Call patients into treatment from the waiting room.
• Maintain a clean facility throughout the day.
• Wash and dry laundry and ensure towels are available.
• Work as a team to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times.
• Answer phone calls and schedule patients as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
