Job summary

JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Aide to serve as the liaison between patients and the Physical Therapist. You will guide patients from arrival to departure, ensuring a positive experience within a growing outpatient orthopedic PT network across NJ, NY, and PA.

Responsibilities

• Calling patients into treatment from the waiting room.
• Maintaining a clean facility throughout the day.
• Washing and drying laundry, ensuring towels are clean and available.
• Assisting with scheduling patients by answering phone calls as needed.
• Maintains a positive, professional demeanor at all times.
• Keeps a safe and orderly work environment.

The Physical Therapist Aide is the liaison between the patient and the Physical Therapist. The role includes assisting the patient from time of arrival to their departure, making sure patients have a positive experience.
