Job summary

All Star Physical Therapy in Temecula, CA is seeking a driven and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. You will guide and oversee our dedicated PTA's, deliver excellent patient outcomes, and benefit from AI documentation software that reduces charting time by about 90% to keep focus on care.

We offer pay for performance with daily productivity bonuses up to around $1300/month, plus up to $25K in student loan repayment and a $5K sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing, or the ability to obtain state licensure.
• AHA BLS required.
• Experienced Physical Therapists and New Grads are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate comprehensive clinical knowledge and acceptable performance in all aspects of the patient/client encounter.
• Comply with all regulatory guidance including HIPAA, Medicare rules and billing and coding guidance.
• Communicate effectively with patients/clients, the public and all members of the healthcare team.
