Job summary

All Star Physical Therapy in La Quinta, CA is seeking a driven Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. You will guide and oversee a PTA, contribute to high-quality care, and leverage AI documentation tools to maximize patient time.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT in CA or eligible for licensure in CA
• Committed to evidence-based, patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Assess movement dysfunction via history and exam
• Develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and reduce pain
• Track patient outcomes and adjust treatment based on progress
• Act as a resource and advocate throughout recovery
