Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for the BHMC-El Dorado Rehab Therapies department. This PRN role requires providing independent, age-appropriate physical therapy care to a complex patient population. Two key expectations are maintaining accountability and contributing to department growth.

Minimum one year of experience or completion of facility competencies is required; Arkansas license must be active. CPR certification is needed or obtained upon hire.

Qualifications

• Must hold Arkansas State board license.
• Degree in Physical Therapy (BS, MS or DPT).
• Complete all departmental competencies upon hire; CPR required but can be completed upon hire.

Working Hours: This is a PRN position and will be utilized as needed

Summary: The Physical Therapist demonstrates independence and accountability in providing care for a complex patient population, while actively contributing to professional and departmental growth and enhancement. The Therapist must possess a minimum of one year of professional experience or have successfully completed all required facility competencies. Furthermore, the Therapist is required to demonstrate the necessary skills and knowledge to provide age-appropriate care for the patient population served.

1. Arkansas State board license.
2. BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy.
3. Complete all departmental competencies upon hire.
4. CPR required but can be completed upon hire.

This job will be authorized 8.00 hours bi-weekly.
