Physical Therapist - Advanced Pain Management

We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join our Advanced Pain Management clinic in Evans, GA. The Physical Therapist is responsible for the assessment and treatment of the assigned caseload. They will direct and supervise the scheduling and flow of patients within the department. Under the supervision of the Director of PT, they are responsible for patient care in the department setting.

Essential Competencies/Performance Expectations

• Application of company mission and core values.
• Communication, professionalism, organizational, and analytical skills, along with knowledge necessary for patient care.
• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments to evaluate patients’ mobility, physical status, ambulation, and range of motion upon admission, with reassessments as needed.
• Establish and implement individualized treatment plans post-assessment and assign personnel to manage patient load.
• Document daily progress notes, including treatment details and patient responses.
• Maintain professional interactions with patients, families, and staff.
• Contribute to program development, conduct staff meetings to address professional or personnel issues, and ensure coordinated care across treatment areas.

Experience/Education/Certification

• Current, unencumbered practice license.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• CPR certification.
