Job summary

West Texas Rehabilitation Center in West Texas seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate, treat, and guide patients through personalized, evidence-based care to improve mobility and function.

You’ll collaborate with a supportive healthcare team, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to a culture of compassion, teamwork, and excellence while delivering high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and licensed in Texas.
• Committed to high-quality patient care and ethical practice.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and assist with patient transfers as part of a team.
• Ability to stand, walk, and be in an active setting for extended periods.

About the Role

As a Physical Therapist at WTRC, you will evaluate, treat, and guide patients through personalized, evidence-based care to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life.

You’ll collaborate with a supportive healthcare team, maintain accurate documentation, and help drive positive patient outcomes—all while contributing to a culture rooted in compassion, teamwork, and excellence.
