Work Schedule:
Per diem, day shift. Minimum requirement of one (1) weekend per month and one (1) holiday shift per year, including the associated weekend. Hours may vary based on departmental needs.

We are seeking a Physical Therapist with acute care experience to:
Education:
Minimum – Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
Work Experience:
Preferred – Two (2) years of relevant experience.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum – Licensure as a Physical Therapist in Wisconsin. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within three months of hire.
