Nealy Pierce, LLC is hiring a Physical Therapist for a full-time, permanent role in a nonprofit hospital system. You will float among six Acute Care Units (Neuro, Ortho, Cardiac, ICU, Step-down, and more) and treat geriatric/adult patients in Subacute Rehab.

Expect 4/10s or 5/8s with paid documentation time, PSLF-eligible loan forgiveness, 4+ weeks PTO, full insurance benefits and 401k match, plus $1,000/year for CEUs.

About the Hospital

• Full-Time | Permanent Position
• Work in both Acute Care & Subacute Rehab Unit of Non-Profit Hospital System
• Float among six different Acute Care Units: Neuro, Ortho, Cardiac, ICU, Step-down + More
• Treat Geriatric/Adult patients in Subacute Rehab: Average length of stay is 17-20 days
• 45-60 minutes with every patient in Subacute, based on individual clinical need
• Nonprofit Loan Forgiveness Eligible (PSLF)
• 4/10s or 5/8s Schedule + paid documentation time daily
• Collaborate with a team of over 50 PTs, OTs, and SLPs on site
