Job Details

Shift Length: 10 Hours

Schedule: 7:30am ‐ 6:00pm Wednesday ‐ Saturday, or 9:00am ‐ 5:30pm Tuesday ‐ Saturday, rotating holidays

Required Qualifications

• Physical Therapist, Rehab
• Licenses: PT‐MA
• Certifications: BLS
• OR
• Physical Therapist, Acute
• SSN Required
• DOB Required
• References: 1 Reference in entire work history
