Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC in Florida seeks an Acute Care Physical Therapist for a hospital-based role focused on neuro and stroke recovery, with a 12-week orientation ramp from general medicine/surgery to higher-acuity units.

You will provide patient education, work with an interdisciplinary team, and help patients understand their bodies after injury or illness. Typical schedule includes M-F 8:00-4:30 with one weekend shift per month.

Acute Care Physical Therapist | Hospital-Based | $6K Sign-On + PSLF

Position Highlights

• Acute care at a non-profit regional medical center
• PSLF eligible
• Caseload focus: neuro, stroke recovery, step-down ICU, cardiopulmonary
• $6,000 sign-on bonus
• 8-10 patients/day, treatment times not hard-capped
• 12-week stepped orientation (general med/surg, then higher acuity)
• M-F 8:00-4:30, one weekend shift per month, 25 days PTO
